Sources of credit histories (hereinafter referred to as sources) are obliged to submit all available information defined by the Federal Law “On Credit Histories” (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 218-FZ) to at least one credit history bureau (hereinafter referred to as bureau).

In case of liquidation of a decision of the credit history bureau (hereinafter referred to as bureau)

In case the liquidated bureau decides to suspend the receipt of information from sources for the period of liquidation or reorganization procedures, it is obliged to notify the sources about it (hereinafter referred to as notification; part 2 of this section).before 2 Article 11 of the Law No. 218-FZ). Before receiving the notification, the sources may transfer information to the liquidated office.  

In case of liquidation of a bureau, the credit histories stored in it shall be transferred to another bureau. The bureau that received the credit histories must notify the sources thereof within 10 working days from the date of transfer of the credit histories. At the same time, the sources that sent information to the liquidated bureau, within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of information on liquidation of the bureau must start submitting information, including all information for the period from the day of the last transfer of information to the liquidated bureau, to another bureau (part  2, 9 9 1).2, 9 and 10 Article 12 of the Law No. 218-FZ)

Bearing in mind that the Law No. 218-FZ does not require the bureau to send other information about the liquidation of the bureau to the source, except for the notification, we believe it is reasonable to consider the day of receipt of information about the liquidation of the bureau as the day of receipt of the notification by the source for the purpose of fulfillment of the obligation stipulated in Article 12, paragraph 10 of the Law No. 218-FZ. Thus, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification, the source must start submitting information to the bureau that received the credit histories or to another bureau
