In subsection 1.1 of section 1 of reporting on Form 0409711, information about a customer of the reporting depository that is an international company should be reflected as follows:

In column 2 – short (unified) name of the international company in Russian in accordance with Directory of INN and OGRN;

in column 3 – INN of the international company in in accordance with Directory of INN and OGRN;

in column 4 – OGRN of the international company in accordance with Directory of INN and OGRN;

in column 4 – OGRN of the international company in accordance with Directory of INN and OGRN

in column 5 – code  “996”;

in column 6 – code  “I” -non-resident.
