The All-Russian online exam on financial literacy will take place from October 8 to October 29.

How to avoid falling into fraud traps, save for your dream, start your own business, or begin investing? Participants in the online quiz will enhance their financial knowledge and skills on these and other relevant topics.

“This year, in preparing the tasks, we decided to base them on real-life situations and look at them comprehensively. For example, if you’re considering buying an apartment, you definitely need to understand the nuances of various financing and payment options, learn about the necessity of insurance, tax benefits, and many other aspects,” said one of the authors of the online quiz, Alexander Kolankov. He also noted that each participant will not only be able to test their knowledge on the chosen situations but also receive personalized recommendations.

Elementary school students will get acquainted with the basic concepts of financial literacy in a playful manner. Middle and high school students will have the opportunity to test their skills in the Olympiad quiz on October 15–17, tasks for which are developed by the HSE University instructors. Successfully passing this challenge will allow participants to advance directly to the finals of the All-Russian Olympiad «Higher Test» in the «Financial Literacy» profile. «Higher Test» is included in the list of student Olympiads and provides privileges for admission to universities.

The online quiz includes two levels of difficulty: basic and advanced. Participants can join individually or as part of a family team. All participants will receive personalized recommendations based on their performance, and those who succeed will receive a named certificate.

This year, the online quiz is being held for the seventh time. In 2023, approximately 2 million people participated, with nearly 80% successfully passing the individual testing.

Details and registration are available on the project website finzachet.ru.

The organizer of the online quiz is the Bank of Russia.
